


Our range of electric harvesting machines currently consists of 2 models, i.e. Flyer and Jay.
These machines have very specific uses, and are ideally suited to fruit growers. They have all been designed with sizes being of the upmost importance, this allows the machines to be used in greenhouses as well as being able to move easily between crop rows for easy harvesting.
Jay is an electric ride-on vehicle designed expressively for comfort and speed for pruning or picking in farming activities.
It is widely used in many European wineries because of it's green characteristics.
In next to no time the JAY can be transformed into an electrical transporter, simply by removing the seat, handlebar and footboards, and just using the high handlebar steering and the platform. The JAY makes light work of slopes and with its loading capacity of 250Kg. has no parallel providing a pleasant working experience in a clean and silent environment free of harmful exhaust emission.It is equipped with a handlebar guide with lever system for forward or reverse, speed control with potentiometer, man on board safety sensor inside the turning seat. A forward gear pedal can be positioned on the left or right side helped by the removable foot board and low pressure puncture free wheels.The seat is complete with a turning and reclining system which works even on 30% inclines. The frame is made of steel powder coated with exterior paint.
The flyer is an electric 4-wheel vehicle designed for special green-house cultures, increasing and aiding continuous movement in cultivated rows.
It is a combined modular system capable of simple transformation from a machine with seating for low cultures, to a high level platform for creeper harvesting such as tomatoes, peppers or simply pruning while the operator remains on the vehicle.Its special non-flat tyres do not need maintenance guaranteeing the worker complete safety. It is equipped with a handlebar guide with lever system for forward and reverse, speed control with potentiometer and man on board safety sensor with a pedal. Its frame is made of steel powder coated with exterior paint.
The motor has an electromagnetic brake that locks the vehicle preventing accidental slippage on ramps or down hills, It moves off automatically when the operator release the driving lever. The gears are enclosed in an oil bath avoiding any kind of maintenance and the machine can be cleaned easily without causing short circuits because the controller cables are well insulated.
